I can highly recommend this company. Very attentive service all through the removal process. All our queries were answered promptly. After care service was also very good.

Just Move handled this side of an international move. Their communication was excellent, and they made the customs process and delivery very clear and efficient. The physical delivery of our household goods was fast and friendly, and they took good care to not damage anything. I can't speak to cost, as it was a package deal for the international move, paid on the other end.

Moving is already stressful, but running into an unexpected issue where we couldn’t move into our new home on schedule was an absolute nightmare. Enter Catherine.

From the moment things went sideways, Catherine was extraordinarily professional, grounded, and incredibly calming. Instead of adding to our stress, she immediately stepped in with a solution and arranged to hold our belongings in safe storage until we were finally cleared to move in.

Knowing our home and belongings were in such capable, compassionate hands made a world of difference during a high-stress situation. You cannot put a price on that kind of customer care and reliability. I cannot recommend Just Move—and Catherine in particular—highly enough!

So far so good. Relocating from Ireland home to Australia. Have dealt with Mark and Catherine over the phone and Wayne via email. Awesome response and so helpful. Tarek showed up this morning and dealt with my load of boxes like a boss and was just so wonderful. I'm looking forward to greeting my possessions when they arrive in Australia. Thanks for taking the stress out of a very stressful situation. 🙂

Fantastic service. Wayne helped us relocate our entire house contents, car and motorcycle from NZ to Ireland and it could not have went smoother. Held our hand the whole way through and answered every question we threw at him. A+ service highly recommended.

Wayne and his team of careful handed experts recently help me move an enitre 4 bed home into storage. Having moved a number of times now over the years this has been, without doubt, the best, most professional, most stress free moving experience I have had. We chose to pack ourselves and in advance of getting that underway, Wayne's team dropped ample packing materials to the house, showed me the best way to pack and offered me advice on where and how to start! Aside from the fact that our belongings were treated with such care and respect, the team themselves were professional, efficient, helpful and entertaining!! As regards cost, having received 3 quotations, Just Move wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either, but it was the best value move by far. I cannot recommend highly enough.
